REQUIREMENTS: The following is needed to register:

1. Either a Tag number, title number or VIN (Vehicle Identification Number). At least ONE of them is required.
2. Insurance information: company name, policy number and the name of the policy holder. You will also need to fax a copy of your insurance verification card. The number is (405) 447-1151.
3. Credit card information. You will need to know the type of card (ie. Visa, MasterCard or Discover), card number, expiration date, name, and billing address as it appears on the card.

Once you have all of the above information, you can then renew your tag online.
